A friend of us who goes fishing to the sea regularly gave us just fished Aji straight out of the sea. They were super fresh so I made sashimi, tartar and deep fry. They tasted very different from the ones I usually buy from the shop.
「釣り鯵」魚釣りをする方から漁れたてのアジを頂いた。早速刺身、なめろう、アジフライにして頂いた。刺身の美味しさも流石だったがアジフライも鮮度の良い魚だとふわっとして全く違う。
