Negi Shio fried rice

"Negi shio" means chopped leeks with salt in sesam oil, this is used in korean bbq to marine meats or for the dressing.  This is fried rice with minced leeks with pork belly.

「ネギ塩炒めご飯」豚トロとネギで炒めご飯を作った。キクラゲも入れて胡麻をふりかけると、自然に韓国風の味になった。
