"Takana" is name of leaf vegetable that is very similar to Blette (Swiss chard). In my home region makes pickles of this vegetable. This dish is saute of hard tofu with the pickles of takana.
「高菜の炒り豆腐」市販の高菜の油炒めが自分には少しピリ辛過ぎたので、炒り豆腐にした。木綿豆腐の水を良くきり、フライパンで炒めて更に水分を飛ばす。卵を1つと高菜の漬け物を加えて炒め、少し甘めの味付けにした。
