Mousse au chocolat with castella
Castella is old fashion style of Japanese sponge cake. It match perfectly with dark chocolate mousse and some berries.
「ムースオショコラとカステラ」少し前に美味しいカステラを頂いたので、ビターに仕上げたチョコレートムースと合わせてみた。カステラには少しラム酒を振って大人な感じに。
