Aji tamago


This is half hard boiled Japanese egg marinated with soya sauce based dashi.  This is so good that you can eat more than one at the time.  This is an egg after one day of marination but it gets better the day goes.

To make this egg, you have to have eggs that are produced hygienic and can be eaten possibly raw.  I use Japanse eggs that imported from Japan.  Japanese food culture is unique its own that we eat anything raw and eggs are not exception.

「味玉」やっぱり美味しい味玉子。作る時には最低6個作るがあっという間に無くなる。先ずは酒のつまみに最高!だけど酒が無くてもそれだけで美味しい。朝ご飯に白ご飯と一緒に、ラーメンのトッピングと応用範囲が広い。
