Chipolatas aux tomates


Chipolatas is name of fresh sausage in France.  I sounds like Italian name but this name is mainly used in France.  I don't buy sausages much but it's very tasty and easy to cook.  I think that chipolatas are usually eaten in BBQ or simply grilled in frying pan.  My husband had suggested to lightly cook them with tomato sauce and served with spagetti.  It was good and very easy to make.

「チポラッタ」とはフランスの細めの生ソーセージ。イタリアンぽい名前だが、フランス発祥のものらしい。普通はバーベキューでグリルにしたり、フライパンで焼いて頂くことが多い。今回は夫がトマトソースと一緒に軽く煮込むと美味しいよ、と言っていたので、試してみた。とても美味しくて簡単な料理だ。
