Chicken wing with lotus root in sweet soya sauce


This is fusion of Chinese cooking and Japanese.  First to deep fry chicken wings and lotus roots in frying pan then remove from oil.  Then season with sake, sugar and dark soya sauce.

「手羽先と蓮根の甘辛和え」少し甘めのおかずが食べたくなって自分用に作ったもの。手羽先と蓮根をフライパンに1cm程の油で素揚げにして取り出し、酒、老抽(色の濃い中国の醤油)、砂糖のタレを作ってからめた。ご飯がすすむおかず。
