Food court in local market

I've tried the local market food court for the first time.  I've heard of the place before yet I was not very sure of the hygiene of the place.  Yet I tried for the first time when just about I'm about to leave Hong Kong.

The food court locates upper level of local market of Happy valley district.  Dishes were cheap and good.  Not delicious but relatively good ingredients with light seasoning.  It was not bad at all.

「熟食体験」熟食とは街市の上にあるフードコートのことで、街市でもあるところとないところがあるが、ハッピーヴァレーのものを体験してみた。私は香港のローカルの小さな飲食店（麺、粥、飲茶など）の衛生が気になり、あまり食べたことがないが、思い切って挑戦してみることにした。

料理はかなり量が多くて安い。味付けは悪くなく、割と美味しかった。野菜とイカの炒め物がさっぱりとした味付けでよかった。ちなみに上環のマーケットにはフレンチの熟食もあり、人気がある。
