Tom yam

Tom yam is sour and spicy soup.  This is easy to make in Singapore because fresh tom yam ingredients are sold in package in super market.

「トムヤムスープ」シンガポールや香港のスーパーには専用の薬味のセットが売ってあるので作りやすい。薬味、トムヤムペースト、エビの頭で出汁をとる。暑いので、酸味とスパイシーな味がとても美味しく感じる。
