This is one of the most popular noodle dish in Singapore. I didn't like it much in the beginning because the noodle is very soggy. I made this Chinese style of pork and chicken stock. With a good quality of home made soup, it tastes better.
「ホッケンミー」シンガポールの地元麺。焼きそばでも汁麺でもない、スープを吸わせたドロっとした感じの変なスタイルの麺で、始めはあまり好きではなかったが、食べ慣れると悪くない。家で豚骨スープを取った時に作ってみた。ちゃんぽん麺ともう一種類の麺をスープで煮込んだようなもの。
