Yunohira

It's been about ten years that we go to the same ryokan in Yunohira.  It's a small ryokan with really nice food.  Unfortunately, the chef had changed about two years ago after many years.  Since then the chef had changed two times and it lost their edge.

「湯の平温泉」１０年近く定期的に通う温泉宿に行ってきたが、再び料理人が変わっていた。以前長くいらした方のお料理は、季節感が溢れ、繊細で美味しく、大好きだった。その方が出られてからイマイチ以前ほどの魅力を失ってしまった。温泉やオーナーさんが好きなのでまた行く思うが、よい方向に向かってほしい。
