I usually make Choucroute with salted pork but there are many ways to use this dish. I pan fried the pork and cooked the vegetables with pork stock. This is a great dish to keep in the fridge so that you can have them anytime.
「塩豚のポワレ」塩豚は用途が広い。今回は表面をカリッと焼いてみた。野菜は豚の出しで炊いたもの。ソーセージと酢キャベツと合わせてシュークルートにしてもいい。いつでも使える便利な常備菜だ。
