Dinner in Hagi

I really loved the dinner in this ryokan in Hagi.  It's probably due to local seasoning cooking style, light and delicate in this region and the chef of this ryokan.  Not that I'm a big fan of Fugu sashimi, all dishes were well prepared and seasoned very well.

「萩の料理」お料理は洗練されて丁寧でとても美味しかった。長州のお料理は京料理のような繊細さも持ち合わせていながら、素朴でさっぱりしたところが印象的だった。全てのお料理とお酒が美味しく、とても満足した。

はっきり言って、お料理は九州の有名温泉旅館より美味しい。ただ、お湯は九州が断然勝る。一長一短なのだ。
