Rump is probably my favorite part of beef. I prefer than fillet or rib eye. My family in Japan is the same but when I came back there last time, our favorite meat shop was closed for a while so we couldn't find this part at all in any other shop. In Singapore is rather easy to find this since there are many Australian butchers.
「ランプ」牛肉で私が一番好きな部位だ。赤身の旨み味が濃く、柔らかい。家族でいつもBBQをするのがランプ肉だ。熊本では特定の肉屋にしか一般向けに売っていなくて、見つけるのに苦労する。特に和牛のランプはとても美味しい。シンガポールの肉は主にオーストラリア産だが、安くて美味しい。
