Poulet au four

I like making oven cooked dishes in Singapore since we have a good oven.  When I come back from trip I usually start with this dish.  I cook the pot covered so the breast become tender.  I like to eat with lemon juice.

「鶏の蒸し焼き」旅行から帰ると大体この料理をする。シンガポールのオーブンが良いので、我が家ではオーブン料理が増えた。コジェットは初めから入れると柔らかくなりすぎるので、調理後半に入れる。ルクルゼに蓋をして蒸し焼きにすると、胸肉がしっとりする。レモンを絞って頂く。
