Soupe de poulet
I usually make chicken soup with the bones of roasted chicken. I don't use any chicken stock cube anymore but the taste is absolutely better.
「チキンスープ」ローストチキンをした後にガラでとるスープ。近年はスープの素(キューブなど)を全く使わなくなった。様々な野菜と鶏の出汁のみで頂く味が最高だ。味付けは塩だが、少し風味を変えたい時は醤油を少し入れる。
