This is beef brisket cooked in white wine and fond de veau. It's very simple to make as long as you have enough time for cooking. I also add lots of vegetables; carrots, celery, onion but I strain them to make a clean sauce.
「ブリスケットの煮込み」ブリスケット(牛のバラ肉)を白ワインとフォンドヴォーで煮込んだもの。煮込み過程には人参、セロリ、玉ねぎなどの香味野菜と一緒に煮ているが、煮汁を漉しているのでシンプルに見えるが旨味はたっぷり。
