Shrimp with salted duck egg

I love salted duck egg for the seasoning of fried vegetables.  This is fresh shrimps wok fried with salted duck egg and tossed with normal egg in the end.  Duck egg has a certain flavor, some may not like it but I like it.

「海老のシエンタン炒め」アヒルの卵の塩漬けは調味料として使われる。少し生くさい感じもするが、コクがあって私は大好きだ。油と乳化させてソースにして野菜などを炒める。これは海老を炒めて最後に普通の卵をからめたもの。最後に少しごま油をたらす。
