Soon Soon Huat Curry Puff

I've started to discover local delicacies only recently and curry puff is one of it.  I stop at this small cafe that serves Kopi; which is a local coffee with small amount of condensed milk, with curry puff and it was one of the best found in my neighbor.  Curry puff is a salty snack but it goes amazingly well with Kopi and this shop serves extremely good Kopi.

「順順発」カレーパフが美味しいローカルカフェ。コピ（Kopi；煮出したコーヒーに少量のコンデンスミルクを加えたもの）もとても美味しい。

カレーパフとは日本で言えばカレーパンのようなものだが、皮も中身も断然にシンガポールのカレーパフが美味しい。おそらく中華の点心のパフとシンガポールのカレーが合わさった独自のローカルフードだと思う。シンプルな店は狭いが一息つくのはいい空間。コピもパフも美味しくて＄2.8は安すぎる。
