This is a very tasty fish but I find this at local supermarket rarely. It goes well as Japanese dish but I simply grilled with salt in grill pan this time. It was super easy and tasty dish with no tricks.
「コガネシマアジのグリル」コガネシマアジは形はシマアジで色が黄色と黒のしまになったとても綺麗な魚。身はほとんどシマアジと同じでとても美味しい。青魚の匂いもない。今回は塩をしてグリルパンで野菜と一緒にグリルした。シンプルでとても美味しくできた。
