I joined the Spring session of Tsuji cooking school Japanese cuisine. There is so much to learn in Japanese cuisine even though I'm familiar with Japanese cooking as Japanese. This school is only a professional training so it's not very easy. I have to repeat and practice at home numerous of times.
「辻調理学校・日本料理」年2回のスクーリングの2回目。今回もとても実りの多い実習だった。辻調はプロ養成学校なので一番丁寧な料理の方法を教えている。技術が追いつかないので、家で練習しないといけない。
