Grouper is one of the most popular fish for Chinese cuisine. There is no doubt that this is really the best way to eat this fish; steamed and served with Chinese soya sauce. In Hong Kong, people believe that the fish has to be alive to make this dish. It's not a live fish in Singapore but the fish is properly kept in ice so fish is fresh enough to make this dish.
「ハタの中華蒸し」近所のスーパーの魚のいい日。ハタが沢山入っていてその色がとりどりで綺麗だと思った。ハタの食べ方はこの調理法に限る。絶対に日本風の煮付けより美味しい。蒸して調合したタレをかけるだけなので簡単だ。
