bakkwa loaf

This is a loaf signifies Singaporean taste to me.  I made this around the Chinese new year.

「バクワローフ」バクワという豚のジャーキーとネギをたっぷり入れたもの。バクワはとても甘いが、慣れたら美味しく感じる。私にとってとてもシンガポールの味がするので、春節の辺りに作った。
