Chicken salad

Whenever I come back to Singapore I make chicken dish either roasted chicken or Singaporean chicken rice.  Roasted chicken is useful for the day after.  I made a salad the next day.

「チキンサラダ」シンガポールに戻ると鶏の料理をする。ローストにするか海南鶏飯にするか。こちらでは鶏を一羽で料理するのでスープをとったりソースを作ったりできてより美味しくできる。ローストチキンの残りは翌日はサラダで。
