I normally like crispy pizza but why not a soft and fluffy pizza for once? I used a technique of breadmaking to raise the dough this time. It was as good as crispy pizza!
「ふかふかのピザ」ピザと言えばいつも薄くてクリスピーな生地を作るが、今回は少し柔らかくてふかふかのピザを作ってみた。パン作りの知識で生地が膨らむまで発酵させた。たまにはこんな生地も変化があっていい。
