Tomato farcis
Tomato farci is originally a dish from Nice that is made with ham and minced pork but I made it with beef this time, basically, meatball stuffed tomatoes.
「トマトファルシ」この料理は本来はニースが発祥で、ハムと豚あるいは子牛のミンチを詰めるもの。今回は牛肉と玉ねぎを詰めた。味は濃く付ける方が美味しい。トマトはオーブンで煮崩れしやすいので、豚肉だと肉が焼けた時にはトマトがドロドロになることがあるので牛肉がおすすめ。ただ、パプリカやコジェットに詰める時は豚がいい。
