I visited Florence and Milan in Italy in December. It was my first time to visit Florence and I was very fortunate to visit this city with a couple who are the friends of my parents who is an expert; to say that they know extremely well about the culture and the people of the cities.
「フィレンツェ」今回は両親とそのお友達ご夫婦で、イタリアにとても深い知識と愛好がある方と一緒に訪れた。そのご夫婦は２０年来、年に何度もイタリアへ通われる方。今回の旅を通して彼らには、そのご経験を踏まえて思索された素晴らしい順序で、素敵な所を厳選してお教え頂いた。
イタリアはフランス以上に歴史と文化の深い国で、知識を備えて訪れるとその楽しみが倍増する。私の上辺の知識を周到に補って下さったご夫婦に深く感謝している。食と知の探究を共有できる旅行は楽しい！（以降イタリア記が続く）
