Poulet saute

This is pan fried chicken breast with parsley sauce.  I floured the chicken quit well so that the crust becomes very crispy.  Below vegetables is thin asparagus.

「鶏胸のソテー」小ぶりのチキンブレストをたたいて、たっぷりと塩胡椒と小麦粉をつけてソテーした。揚げ物の衣ほどではないが、しっかり小麦粉をするとクリスピーな仕上がりになる。
