Potage de chou fleur aux tomatoes

I cooked cauliflower and leeks in chicken stock with a spoon of tomato paste.  It's a little change from normal potage of cauliflower but it's slightly sour with tomato taste.  I sprinkled some "Piment d'espelette" on the top.  This spice and the soup matched extremely well.
