This is one of my husband's favorite home food. It's not very easy to find veal in Singapore, but there is one butcher that has it most of the time. I also love this dish because the sauce is very special.
「ブランケット・ドゥ・ヴォー」シンガポールではあまり子牛が売っていないが、1件だけ大体いつもある肉屋がある。これは夫が好きなフランスの家庭料理。ソースに卵黄とレモンが入るとても独特な料理で私も大好き。
