This is a penne pasta tossed with pork meat balls in parsley sauce. I made pork meat balls instead of using sausage which was leaner than I would be but should be better for the health..
「ポークボールとほうれん草のペンネ」本来なら生ソーセージを使いたいところだが、豚ひき肉でミートボールを作って合わせたペンネ。ソースは作り置きしておいたパセリソース。ほうれん草もたっぷり入れて一品料理に。
