Terrine de saumon et crevettes



This is a terrine made with salmon and shrimps.  I like making terrine because once I make it, it can last for a while and can be served in many ways.  I served this with salad with vinaigrette sauce but I also like it with mayonnaise sauce.

「サーモンとエビのテリーヌ」サーモンの切り身とエビ、卵の白身を合わせて作ったテリーヌ。シンガポールはエビが安いので、エビをたっぷり入れている。これは一度作ると保つし、色々と形を変えていただくことができるので、たまに作り置きしておくと便利だ。
