Okonomi yaki

I've found Yamaimo; sticky yam in local market so I've made Okonomiyaki; Japanese style of cabbage pancake.  You could never make this without Okonomiyaki sauce, because the taste comes mostly from the taste of the sauce besides how you could make the soft cabbage pancake.

「お好み焼き」近くのローカルスーパーに山芋が出ていたので、キャベツと一緒にお好み焼きを作ってみた。キャベツの切り方が雑だが、豚肉とエビがたっぷり入っているので、リッチなお好み焼きだ。ソースはブルドッグ。
