Summer Soboro gohan

This is Japanese style rice with topping calls "Soboro".  I made soboro with minced pork and seasoned with local soya sauce.  Soya sauce in Singapore is sweeter than the ones I was using in Hong Kong but it's good for sweet soya sauce taste.

I also prepared varieties of toppings; scramble eggs, boiled beans, diced cucumber and tomatoes.  I heated sesame oil in the end and drizzle on the top of fresh ginger.
