English brunch

I made cucumber sandwich for the first time.  Yet I mixed the sliced cucumber with Japanese mayonnaise which I thought it makes to tastes better but it became damp...

As I was in London, I've realized that English people like cucumber, which sometimes in water or cocktail called Pimm's.

「イギリス風ブランチ」イギリス人はきゅうりが好きな印象がある。アフタヌーン・ティーのキュウリサンドは有名だが、おしゃれなカフェでは水に入っていたり、ピムスというキュウリのカクテルがあったりする。

キュウリとハムのサンドだが、キュウリにマヨネーズをあえたので、塩もみして水分をとったつもりでもサンドイッチが水っぽくなってしまった。
