Veloute d'epinards
This is a light soup I made with chicken bouillon, milk and boiled spinach. It can be served cold.
「ほうれん草のヴェルート」ヴェルートとはポタージュより軽いスープ。柔らかく茹でたほうれん草を少量の鶏のだしと牛乳でのばした。
