Apricot Blechkuchen

This is Blachkuchen with custartd cream and apricot on the topping.  It was a great combination but the baking was slighlty too long.  I love apricot of it's slight sourness but I should have put it the seed side up with some sugar on the top.

「アプリコット・ブレッヒクーヘン」ブレッヒクーヘンにカスタードクリームとアプリコットをのせたもの。若干焼きすぎて一部の上部分が焦げてしまった。アプリコットは酸っぱいので砂糖と合わせるとデザートとしてとても美味しい。今回は種側を下にしたが、逆に置いてくぼみに砂糖をふりかけてもいいかと思う。
