Tomato baked Sardines

I've found very fresh sardines at Tika market.  I baked with tomato with bread crumbs on the top.  Sardiese were very lean so I used lots of olive oil.  I can think of many ways of cooking sardines.  I'd like to make Japanese way of cooking the next time.

「鰯のパン粉オーブン焼き」ティカマーケットに新鮮な鰯が売っていたので買ってみた。あまり脂が乗っていないので、オリーブオイルをたっぷりかけてパン粉焼きにした。フライにしても美味しいと思う。鰯は体にいいのでこれからもっと活用してみようと思う。
