Yunohira Dinner & Breakfast

We come here very often because the people are so nice and the price is very reasonable.  Yet the chef changed about three years ago since then the dinner is slightly different from our taste, unfortunately.  It used to be so much better but we like them and the bath is also good so I still come back.

「志美津」１０年以上よく行く宿で、お値打ちなのに本当に良くしてくださる。シーズンオフに行くので、ほぼ貸切り状態でお食事もお風呂も誰にも会わない。好きなのだが、残念ながら３年くらい前に板前さんが変わってから料理が少し違う。

前はもっと季節感溢れる繊細なお料理で、大好きだった。今も一つずつ手作りのお料理で悪くないが、やっぱり残念。ただ、湯の平は昔からお米がとても美味しく、そのご飯の炊き方も完璧で感動する。
