Chili rice lunch

I made rice with garlic chili sauce.  This sauce is similar to ketchup but much more popular in Singapore.  The other dish is pan fried tofu with miso and nuts.

「チリライスランチ」ライスはケチャップご飯だがシンガポールのチリソースとケチャップを混ぜたもの。このチリソースの独特な甘酸っぱさが最近とても好きだ。豆腐の味噌炒めにナッツをまぶしたものは、意図せずにヴィーガンの様な料理になってしまった。
