Oyster cake

This is one of the most famous stall in Maxwell hawker center.  I tired the Oyster pancake for the first time and I was surprised how good it was.  I don't know what is made of but the crispiness of the crust is something I've never had before.  It's bit oily so I re heated in the oven at home and removed excess oil.  

「オイスターケーキ」マックスウェルホーカーの人気店の牡蠣、エビ、野菜が入っている揚げ物。味もとてもよかったが、その衣が新感覚で驚いた。外はカリッとしているが中はもちっとしている。片栗粉ではない感じで、おそらくタピオカ粉だと思う。少し油っぽいのでオーブンで焼いて油を落とした。
