This is omelette with salad inside. It's a great low carb menu for lunch. The egg is made as the method of "Kinshi tamago". A thin layer of baten egg fired in a pan for both side.
「サラダオムレツ」錦糸卵を厚くしたように焼いたものでサラダを包んだ。低糖質のいいランチメニューだと思う。卵は破らないように返して両面を軽く焼く。
