Crab Salad



This dish comes from my mother's speciality.  It's also super easy to make.  A can of crab meat and thin sliced boiled onions tossed in mayonnaise sauce.  I also add some dills for the flavor.  You can make your own mayonnaise if you have time but Kyupi mayonnaise works as well.  If you use non Japanese mayonnaise, you have to add some vinegar.

これは私の母のお得意料理を少しひねったもの。蟹缶とタマネギの湯通ししたスライスをマヨネーズで和えたもので、私はそれにディルを加えてみた。いくらや飛びこは常備しておき、飾りに使うと一気に料理がおしゃれに見える。
