Saint Jacques et Poitrine fumee

Scallop wrapped with bacon is very easy appetizer, you can serve with some salad for the first course.  I sticked caramelized apple on top which makes very good match with Bacon's saltness.

ホタテのベーコン巻きにりんごのソテーを付けた。リンゴはグラニースミス（一番酸味の強い青リンゴ）を使用。日本では紅玉がよい。それ以外では甘みが強くなってしまうので、付けない方がよいだろう。
