Gratine of Chinese cabbage with Salmon


One of my favorite french dish is "Gratinees de Endives" however endives are extremely expensive in Hong Kong, so I came up with this.  I don't exactly know how to call this Chinese vegetable "青梗菜" in English. "青梗菜" has very special flavor and I like the match of this vegetable with sauce bechamel.

チンゲンサイをスモークサーモンで巻いたグラタン。サーモンの代わりにハムやベーコンでもよいと思う。ベシャメルソースを多めに注ぎ、表面に焦げ目が付くまでオーブンで焼く。ご飯にも合い、寒い日にはとても温まる一品。
