Maquereau au four


This is salted mackerel cooked in the oven with some green olives, tomatoes and persil.  I used frozen fish from Japan which is already salted.  I removed the bones in the middle then baked in the oven for 20 minutes or so.  It's better to cover the tray with aluminium foil first.

「塩鯖の夏風オーブン焼き」冷凍の塩鯖の背骨、その他の骨を取り除き、トマト、オリーブオイル、パセリと一緒にたっぷりとオリーブオイルかけて焼いた。焼き始めはアルミでカバーすると熱効率がよい。
