Takozushi


This is boiled octopus with pickled ginger over vinegar rice.  Boiled octopus is sold to eat as sashimi in Japan.

「タコと紅生姜の寿司」刺身用のゆでダコを寿司飯の上に列べて上から紅生姜を散らしたもの。タコと紅生姜の相性が抜群によい。暑い時にサラッと頂ける簡単料理。
