"Nambanzuke" is one of typical home Japanese dish; deep fried fish marinated in marinade made with rice vinegar and dashi. This is usually made with Aji or sardine but I used relatively large aji from Japan. Fish is simply fried with small amount of flour but I mixed curry powder.
「鯵のカレー風味南蛮漬け」今回は鯵に小麦粉とカレー粉を少しまぶして揚げてみた。南蛮酢とほんのり香るスパイスが、暑くて疲れた日にはとても美味しく感じる。南蛮酢は甘くしすぎないようにしたい。
