Kurage salad


"Kurage" is jellyfish.  It's eaten in Chinese cuisine and I like its texture.  I tossed them in sesame oil, lemon juice and salt.

「クラゲのサラダ」クラゲを食べたのは10数年ぶりかもしれない。中華風にごま油、レモン汁、塩で味付けした。コリコリとした食感がとてもいい。
