Atsuage no miso cheese yaki


Atsuage is one of the kind of deep fried tofu.  I made the miso paste mixed with sake, sugar and the miso.  Slice the age in half and placed the miso on the sliced side.  Then sprinkle some cheese for pizza and backed in oven until the cheese melts.  Miso and cheese seems like a strange combination but it's not bad at all.

「厚揚げの味噌チーズ焼き」他の料理で、合わせ味噌(酒、砂糖、梅肉、味噌)を作った余りがあったので、厚揚げに塗り、チーズをかけて焼いてみた。これは居酒屋にはありそうなおつまみ。味噌とチーズの取り合わせは同じ発酵類なので、悪くないと思う。
